What my coaching is?

Transformational; creating a deeper awareness of ourselves, understanding where we'd like to be, and how we might get there, by making lasting, sustainable shifts in our lifestyle and thinking

Curious; gentle questioning from me to help you dive deep to reach the answers you have within you rather than playing on the surface anymore

Safe; I create a space where you can be truly open and honest, and feel supported with me by your side

What coaching is not

Therapy, which primarily focuses on healing pain from the past which is hindering someones emotional wellbeing in the present. It is important to be feeling emotionally healthy enough for creating change in your life. 

Mentoring, which often gives guidance or advice from a place of expertise.

Friendship, although I am here to cheer you on and support you, I’ll do that with caring accountability and judgment free curiosity.  

Let’s work together

From working together you’ll develop a sense of clarity again, and understand how your choices, big and small can help you live your everyday life with contentment and joy. We’ll find a direction again, no longer feeling lost or stuck, we’ll uncover the routes you long to take and begin to build a map. You finally feel reconnected with yourself with confidence and truly feel like you're living the best life for you.

What’s involved?

  • An hour and half first call to really get clarity on what you want from our time together.

  • Fortnightly 1 hour long coaching sessions to give you deeper understanding and create actions along the way.

  • Voxer or Whatsapp voice note support throughout our time together.

  • A closing session of an hour and a half to reflect on our progress and make a plan for you moving forward. 

  • Written summaries after each of our sessions so you can reflect in your own time. 

And me walking alongside you, physically or metaphorically, every step of the way. 

We can work together for either 3 months or 6 months, or tailor a plan together, book a discovery call to discuss more.

I have a diploma of Transformation Coaching with Animas and adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics. Alongside a background of over 10 years in nursing and the charitable sector, further training in mental health, attachment styles, supervision and trauma informed approaches.

Walking together

I’m working on plans to offer coaching sessions face to face, walking together in nature in Oxfordshire, or in our own locations via phone, if this is something you’re interested do get in touch below.

 

What is a discovery call?

I understand that investing in yourself through coaching is a big financial and personal commitment so this is an opportunity for us both to get to know each other a little better and see how we’d work together. It’s a free, no pressure, 30 minute call where we can chat about what you’d like to get from coaching and understand what’s expected of each other.
